You can view the status of your pending prize redemptions for the last year. Please log into your account, select the ‘Hamburger Menu’ (three lines) on the top right of the Home Screen, and select 'Profile’. From here you can click on the Transactions tab on the left-hand side, where you will be able to select between Redemption, Purchase, and Awarded Gifts from the drop-down menu. Then click ‘Confirm’.
Please keep in mind:
- A new prize redemption request will initially be displayed as ‘Pending’. Once approved by JefeBet, its status will change to ‘Approved’.
- Our Payments team will typically take 1-2 days to review and approve your request.
- Once approved by JefeBet, the request will be processed as soon as possible.
- After processing, it will take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- You will receive email notifications for any changes in the status of your request.
